Michael Jackson has been posthumously accused of molesting a now-famous choreographer who spent lots of time with the singer at the Neverland Ranch ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ has obtained legal docs ... filed by Wade Robson ... in which he's asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate for childhood sexual abuse.

Robson -- now 30 years old -- has worked with top names in pop music including Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Usher and P!nk. He has also appeared on "So You Think You Can Dance."

Wade met Michael when he was 5 years old and they developed a friendship that lasted for years. By the time Wade was 7, he went for sleepovers at Neverland and MJ's homes in L.A. and Vegas. The sleepovers continued until Wade was 14.

Wade even performed to a Michael Jackson song on "Star Search" when he was 8 years old.


In 2005, Wade testified in MJ's molestation trial and DENIED Michael ever molested him.

Wade's lawyer filed legal docs May 1 asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the Estate. In the documents, Wade's lawyer says he submitted a never-before filed complaint "for childhood sexual abuse."

Wade's lawyer has filed the actual complaint under seal -- which means it's not available to the public. Sources tell TMZ ... the complaint specifically outlines the alleged abuse at the hands of Michael Jackson.

Wade's lawyer also mentions a psychiatrist who treated Wade -- the doctor is a leader in the field of child psychology.

Interestingly ... in the 2005 molestation trial, Jackson's former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when the boy was 8 or 9 years old.

Wade Robson is lying through his teeth by now claiming Michael Jackson molested him when he was a child ... so says Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the MJ Estate.

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... Robson is claiming he suffered from "repressed memory" and that's why he didn't file his creditor's claim on time. TMZ broke the story ... Mesereau tells us, "Michael never touched Robson inappropriately in any way."

And Mesereau scoffs at any notion that Robson suffered from repressed memory and is only coming forward now.

During the hearing, Robson said that while he slept in the same bed with Michael as a child ... and that Michael would often kiss him on the cheek ... MJ never touched him in a sexual manner, ever.

In fact, while Robson was on the stand ... he passionately told the court, "I'm telling you that nothing ever happened."

The estate of Michael Jackson has been slapped with a creditors claim by famed choreographer Wade Robson, who now alleges that he was sexually abused as a child by the late Thriller singer, despite the fact Robson was a star witness for Jackson at his infamous molestation trial in 2005, during which the Australian said he had NEVER been abused, RadarOnline.com is reporting.


In the court docs, obtained by RadarOnline.com, Robson’s attorney stated in a sworn declaration that the claim should be sealed because of “childhood sexual abuse in the universal complaint for childhood sexual abuse as described in the unified complaint for childhood sexual abuse attached to the Creditor’s claim.”

Robson, and mental healthcare professional Dr. David Arredondo, also filed declarations under seal.

Jackson’s former childhood pal is asking the court to allow his claim to proceed, even though the deadline to file creditors claims against the Estate has long since passed.


During Jackson’s 2005 molestation trial in Santa Maria, California, Robson voluntarily testified for the defense, and denied that the Billy Jean singer ever sexually abused him.

Robson, now 30, first met Jackson when he was 5 and had several sleepovers at the Bad singer’s Neverland Ranch — allegedly until he was 14.

Famed attorney Tom Mesereau, who successfully represented Jackson, told CNN he was extremely perplexed by the claim.


“It’s absurd. He was one of the strongest witnesses for the defense at Michael Jackson’s criminal trial in 2005. He was adamant under oath that he had never been molested at any time,” Mesereau told the cable news outlet.

A Neverland housekeeper testified at the trial that she saw Wade showering with Michael Jackson, but he vehemently denied it on the witness stand.

Jackson’s former attorney also revealed that he was suspicious of the timing of the creditor’s claim since Katherine Jackson’s wrongful death lawsuit trial is now in its second week.

“The timing is suspicious,” Mesereau stated.

AEG lawyers plan on bringing up molestation claims against Jackson at the trial.

It’s unclear how much money Robson is seeking from Jackson’s estate.

As a choreographer, Robson has worked with some of music’s biggest names, including Britney Spears, Usher, Pink and ‘N Sync. He’s also appeared on FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance as both a judge and choreographer.

Something stinks in Wade Robson's new molestation accusations against Michael Jackson -- so says MJ's famed trial attorney Tom Mesereau, who tells us the smell leads all the way back to AEG ... the company currently being sued by Katherine Jackson.

Tom called in to "TMZ Live" moments ago, claiming the timing of Wade's accusations is extremely suspicious -- considering the legal battle currently raging between Katherine and AEG ... the concert promoters behind MJ's 2009 "This Is It Tour."

Katherine and Michael's children are suing AEG, claiming the company is responsible for MJ's death by negligently hiring Conrad Murray to care for the singer ... and potentially BILLIONS of dollars are at stake.

Mesereau insinuates Wade's accusations are motivated by money ... specifically a payoff from AEG, which is currently on a mission to trash Michael's reputation.

One of Michael Jackson's friends who testified that he was not molested by the pop superstar has now changed his story as he fights for money from Jackson's estate.
Wade Robson, one of the top music choreographers who has worked with Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, got to know Michael Jackson decades ago when he began going for sleepovers at the Neverland Ranch.
The now-30-year-old Robson is changing his tune, however, as he filed legal requests for financial compensation from the singer's estate for 'childhood sexual abuse'.

The legal motion, which has been filed under seal so it is not available to the public, comes years after Robson made repeated public statements defending Jackson and denying any wrongdoing.

The two met when Robson was five years old and Jackson was in his late 20s or early 30s.
They bonded over a love of music and he repeatedly slept over his house and spent nights in the same bed as the much-older singer.
Robson played a pivotal role in the 2005 trial, when Jackson faced 14 counts relating to child molestation and conspiracy to molest minors.
He was found not guilty on all of the charges, and Robson was one of the star witnesses who defended Jackson, saying that he was never inappropriately touched or molested.

A similar defense was given by their mutual friend Macaulay Culkin, who also slept over the singer's ranch over a long period of time.
In the past eight years, Robson has made a name for himself in the entertainment world, becoming one of the most sought-after choreographers.
He has worked with Usher, Britney Spears, and NSYNC. His name hit the gossip columns in 2002 when Britney Spears' relationship with Justin Timberlake ended after she allegedly cheated on the NSYNC star with the choreographer.
Since then, Robson has worked on the show So You Think You Can Dance, and is currently in charge of Demi Lovato's choreography.

But now, TMZ is reporting that they heard from unidentified legal sources that Robson's legal team filed papers asking for an undisclosed sum from the Jackson estate on May 1. No other details about the filing have been released, but they reportedly give an explicit detail of the alleged assault.
News of the filing comes the same day as the late singer's autopsy report revealed that Michael Jackson tattooed his lips pink, permanently inked his eyebrows and relied on a dark tattoo to blend his hairline into his wig.


As the high profile trial of the singer's tour promoter, AEG, continues, a disturbing photograph of the fallen pop star's corpse was shown to the court on Monday by Dr Christopher Rogers.
His coroner's report described a man whose struggle to hide a skin pigmentation disease forced him to mask his true features but who would have lived a long life had he not overdosed on propofol.
The revelation of Jackson's permanent make-up comes during the trial brought by the singer's mother and children who claim AEG shares blame in his death for neglecting to vet and supervise Mr Jackon's doctor, Dr Conrad Murray.

Scottie Shaffer worked for Michael Jackson from approximately 1992 to 1997. He was known around Neverland by the nickname “House.” Shaffer went off to start his own business- he does product placement for movies and is very successful. But he always stayed friendly with all the Jacksons. He’s invited to a Jackson wedding this summer, in fact. And Scottie is outraged by Wade Robson’s accusations that Michael molested him.
“For all the time I was in the inner circle, working for Michael, I never observed any inappropriate behavior. It’s impossible for me to believe,” Shaffer told me the other night.

Scottie started working for Michael in late 1992, when the “Black and White” video was shot. He stayed until 1997-98. He was present through the whole debacle with Jordan Chandler. He was also there as Jackson entertained many kids at Neverland. His title was Special Projects Coordinator. Shaffer was with Michael when they met Omer Bhatti, the kid who Michael later referred to as his son, and who now uses that distinction to stay with the Jacksons. “People are just after the money now,” Shaffer says. “And it sickens me.”

Most might be standing behind the late Michael Jackson these days, but one person is choosing to side with the accuser.
Wade Robson is accusing MJ of molestation for seven years, and fellow choreographer Shane Sparks thinks he's preaching the truth!

Shane knew Wade around the age when he was supposedly molested by the King of Pop, and he thinks something wrong might have gone down as Wade was allegedly given amazing, expensive gifts from Michael as a child which also included the privilege of hosting birthday parties at Neverland Ranch even when MJ wasn't around.
But that isn't the ONLY reason Shane believes his fellow choreographer.

He explained:
"I've been knowing Wade forever. Because of the man he is, I do believe him. I don't think he would lie about this because this could hurt him … He don’t need the publicity or the money. I think this is something that has been on his mind and he had to get it off."
And when you take into consideration that Shane is a huge MJ fan, this might make others a little suspect as well.

But, then again, Shane was also convicted of having unlawful sex with a minor under 16 in 2011.

Wade Robson: 'Pedophile' Michael Jackson abused me for 7 years


In 2005, Wade Robson was the first defense witness at Michael Jackson's trial, where the singer was accused of molesting a 13-year-old cancer survivor. At the time, Robson was unequivocal: He was not sexually abused by the man known as the King of Pop. But eight years later, he has changed his tune.

Exclusively on TODAY Thursday, the 30-year-old choreographer told Matt Lauer that Jackson, who died in 2009, was "a pedophile and a child sexual abuser."


Robson said Jackson abused him from ages 7 to 14: Jackson "performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him."

Robson is currently asking a probate court to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the Jackson estate, now that the deadline has passed for creditors to file such claims. His claim comes as a case brought by Jackson's family against AEG Live, promoters of his final concert tour, has begun in civil court.

Born in Australia, Robson was a dancing prodigy whose family relocated to the United States when he was 9; he appeared in three of Michael Jackson's videos: "Black or White," "Jam," and "Heal the World." In later years he went on to direct music videos and choreograph tours for artists including N'Sync and Britney Spears, and hosted and executive produced "The Wade Robson Project" for MTV in 2003. He joined "So You Think You Can Dance" on FOX in 2007 as a judge and choreographer.

So why now? Says Robson, he wasn't ready to face up to the truth until he began to realize how he would feel if a stranger molested his son, born two years ago. "This is not a case of repressed memory," said Robson. "I have never forgotten one moment of what Michael did to me, but I was psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse."

During the first criminal investigation of Jackson in 1993 (when Robson was 11), Jackson would call him "every day" to "role play" and convince him that if anyone knew what they had done together, "both of us would go to jail for the rest of our lives."

He says there was no bribe money offered for him to lie on the stand -- nor, apparently, was it needed. "It was complete manipulation (by Jackson) and brainwashing," said Robson. "He would role play and train me for these (trial) scenarios."

Howard Weitzman, a lawyer for Jackson's estate, said in a statement: “Mr. Robson has adamantly denied under oath and in numerous interviews over the past 20 years that Michael Jackson ever did anything inappropriate to him. He now wants us to believe that he committed perjury at least twice and has been lying to anyone and everyone about Mr. Jackson since the early ‘90s so he can file a claim for money. Mr. Robson’s transparent lawsuit comes nearly 4 years after Michael passed. His claim is outrageous and sad.”

But this is not about landing some big book deal or payoff for silence, said Robson. "I've lived in silence and denial for 22 years and I can't spend another moment in that.... I'm never going to go away with this for the sake of money. I'm never going to be silenced for money. That's not going to happen."

Even today, however, Robson has mixed emotions about Jackson, and told Lauer what he thinks of when he does think of the singer is: "Heartbreak, pain, anger and compassion.... The image that one presents to the world is not the whole explanation of who someone is. Michael Jackson was yes, an incredibly talented artist with an incredible gift. He was many things. And he was also a pedophile and a child sexual abuser."

Later, Robson offered a special statement to TODAY, addressing other sexual abuse victims:

"There are millions of survivors of child sexual abuse out there who are suffering in silence and/or denial, as was I. If my coming forward and speaking my truth can help even one victim gain the courage to speak their truth and begin the healing process, that would be more than I could ever ask.

"I want to say to those victims that under NO circumstances was it or is it EVER your decision or your fault that you were sexually abused. Please find a way to safely speak your truth because the healing process cannot begin until you do. It is not easy in the slightest but it is absolutely possible to heal and get your life back."

Wade Robson says the only reason he's now changing his story ... accusing Michael Jackson of sexually abusing him for 7 years is because Michael engaged in a campaign of manipulation to keep him silent, especially during MJ's 2005 child molestation trial.

Robson went on NBC Today and said, Michael "performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him" from the age of 7 ... until Robson was 14.

Robson claimed he testified in 2005 that Michael did NOT sexually abuse him because Michael told him what they were doing was "an expression of love" ... and added, "if you ever tell anyone what we're doing both of our lives and our careers will be over."

TMZ broke the story ... Robson filed a creditor's claim against Michael Jackson's estate last week, insisting MJ sexually abused him during his childhood for years, but according to sources he didn't take action until he saw a therapist following a nervous breakdown.

Robson referenced the breakdown on Today, saying ... "For the first time in my life I began to realize that my completely numb and unexplored feelings in relation to what Michael did to me might be a problem and maybe I need to speak to someone about it."

Interestingly, Robson denied repressing memories of the alleged abuse ... instead saying he was merely "psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse."

Robson added he doesn't excuse the alleged abuse, but he believed Michael was a "troubled man" who was an amazing talent, but "also a pedophile."

Michael Jackson's estate has told TMZ Robson's allegations are an "outrageous and pathetic" money grab.

Nephew: Michael Jackson was my 'support system' when molested

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Michael Jackson's nephew revealed Thursday that when he was molested as a child, Jackson "was a support system for me and my mom."
Taj Jackson, 39, claimed he was a child sex abuse victim in a series of Twitter messages posted in response to Wade Robson's televised claim that Michael Jackson molested him. "I will not let them smear my Uncle's legacy," he tweeted.

Robson, a dancer who frequently visited Jackson's Neverland Ranch as a child, called Jackson "a pedophile and a child sexual abuser" in an interview Thursday on NBC's "Today Show." He said Jackson "performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him" from ages 7 to 14.

Apparently Taj Jackson, one of three sons of Tito Jackson, posted a series of Twitter messages in defense of his uncle, Michael Jackson.
"I hate that Wade made me do this, this way," Taj Jackson tweeted. "But since my uncle Michael is no longer here to defend himself. I will."
"I am writing these words knowing that the minute I press send, my life will never be the same afterwards," he tweeted, before claiming in another tweet that he was sexually abused as a child by a relative.

He posted a photo of that handwritten note from Michael Jackson to Taj's mother Dee Dee Jackson:

It was his own childhood experience that qualified him to question Robson's accusations, he said. "That is how I KNOW Wade is lying. Because I AM a survivor."
Robson, now 30, denied in testimony at Jackson's child molestation trial in 2005 that he had been molested by the singer. Jackson was acquitted, partly based on the testimony of Robson, his sister and his mother. Tom Mesereau, the lawyer who successfully defended Jackson in the trial, said he was one of his strongest witnesses.
Robson said Thursday that his denial was the result of Jackson's "complete manipulation and brainwashing" of him.

"Don't forget I was living at Neverland when Wade testified during my uncle's case," Taj Jackson tweeted. "I sat there and ate dinner with him and his family."
Robson, who filed a creditor's claim against Jackson's estate this month, insisted in the NBC interview he was not now coming forward because of money. "The idea that I would make all of this up and put myself, my wife, my son, my entire family through this extremely stressful and painful experience all for the sake of money is completely incomprehensible," he said.

Taj Jackson's tweets challenged Robson's explanation. "What people will $ay and do for money and to $tay relevant is $ickening. De$perate times call for De$perate mea$ures. I will not sit back and let someone flat out lie about my uncle. PERIOD."

Michael Jackson's nephew Taj Jackson -- Tito's son -- just revealed he was molested by a family member on his mom's side when he was a kid ... and says Michael personally consoled him after the incident.

Taj dropped the bombshell on Twitter this morning during a tirade aimed at MJ accuser Wade Robson.

During the tweet session, Taj claimed he's in a unique position to judge Robson's sexual abuse allegations because he knows what it's like to have gone through such a traumatic experience.

"That is how I KNOW Wade is lying. Because I AM a survivor," Taj tweeted. Followed by: "I was sexually abuse (sic). By [a family member] on my mom's side of the family when I was a kid."

As for Michael, Taj says MJ "was a support system for me and my mom" during his abuse ordeal ... he even tweeted a picture of a note he says MJ wrote to his mother. The scrawl reads:

Michael Jackson is currently being accused of being a 'paedophile' who abused a young boy by the name of Wade Robson from the ages of seven to 14.
And while lashing out in defence of his late uncle, Michael's nephew Taj has revealed that he himself was sexually abused by a family member as a child.
During a Twitter backlash against Robson, Taj told how he was molested by somebody from his mother's side of the clan and said it was the King Of Pop who counselled him after the terrifying ordeal.

Taj said that he knew Wade was lying about his famous uncle because he had gone through a sexual abuse ordeal himself.
"That is how I KNOW Wade is lying. Because I AM a survivor," Taj tweeted. 'I was sexually abuse (sic). By [a family member] on my mom's side of the family when I was a kid.'
He added that it was actually Michael who was the 'support system for me and my mom' following the ordeal.


Taj also posted a picture of a letter that he said Michael had sent to his mother at the time.

Taj's revelations come in defence of accusations that Michael abused Wade from the ages of seven to 14.
Choreographer Wade Robson filed legal documents on May 1 asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate in compensation for childhood molestation at the hands of the late pop star - who died of acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 – and has now opened up about the alleged abuse.
Speaking on the Today show, Wade said he 'was scared psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse.
'This is not a case of repressed memory. I never forgot one moment of what Michael did to me.
'He performed sexual acts on me and I performed sexual acts on him.

'It was complete manipulation and brainwashing. He would role-play and train me for these scenarios.
'There is no excuse for what he did to me, but he was a troubled man...The image that one presents to the world is not the whole explanation of who someone is. Michael Jackson was yes, an incredibly talented artist with an incredible gift. He was many things. And he was also a paedophile and a child sexual abuser.'

While Wade – who was one of the witnesses at Michael's child molestation trial in 2005, and his testimony, along with those of his sister and mother, were said to be instrumental in the Billie Jean star's acquittal – has been called a liar by Michael's friend and family for the new allegations, he insists he is telling the truth.

The married father of one said: 'The idea that I would make all of this up and put my wife, my son, my entire family through this extremely stressful and painful experience all for the sake of money? That's completely incomprehensible. I've lived in silence and denial for 22 years...In order to fully heal, I have to speak the truth and I have to speak the whole truth.'

Debbie Rowe doesn't believe for one minute that her ex-husband, Michael Jackson, molested Wade Robson, telling TMZ the latest accuser will not blemish the memory of MJ.

Rowe -- reacting to Robson's appearance on "Today" and the 2 legal claims he's filed in court, tells TMZ:

"I was angered that Wade Robson reversed his sworn testimony from court in 2005, and now claims to be a victim of sexual abuse."

Rowe goes on ... "His publicity-seeking attempt is opportunistic and just oozes falseness."

Robson claims Jackson molested him for 7 years -- between the ages of 7 and 14, although he squarely denied it when he took the stand as Jackson's star witness in the 2005 molestation trial.

Rowe tells us, "It will be quickly forgotten, and will do nothing, nothing to tarnish Michael's extraordinary legacy."
